I've got them but not had the car properly set up yet. Was hoping to do this week but found I needed some suspension bushes replacing. Should be done and set up in the next couple of weeks, can let you know then if u in no hurry. Had them for about 6 months with no proper geo set up and no complaints, just looking forward to having it done properly.

Not in a great rush but looking to change in about 4 weeks max, did you have the original shocks on before

I switched from poorly set up GAZ Golds to GAZ Monos.
I can't give you a relative comparison because my car was soooo bad before, It had a chimera set of springs on there (fitted by a well known TVR garage south of Manchester - no names obviously).

I am delighted with the new set up. It is comfortable on a soft setting around town and motorway, and great on track when turned right up.

The car is now very controlable - neither overly over or understeery. Its possible to balance it on the throttle nicely, whereas before it would just spin the other way, and that was that.
So I would heartliy recommend them, and would also urge you to have them fitted by GAZ themselves (if you can get to East London) and then pop over to Bubble and Kick around the corner to have the car corner weighted, and tracking re-done.

All the best.

No not the standard shocks, I had a set of Gaz gold pro's, unfortunately they suffered from the cracking as a result of the wrong bushes being fitted which has been covered many times, Gaz were excellent in their customer service over them.
