Chim with Webbs Light conversion?

For those who have'nt seen my post on the general listing (sorry new to the forum,should have come here first) I'm getting close to fulfiling my dream of a Chimaera. Seen quite a few, but the best so far has the Webbs Tuscan light conversion, it is a superb job and apprently much better lights, but I am slightly concerned about a posible Max power - boy racer image? and future resale implications (not that intend selling it)? commenets would be welcome.

I did it - personally think it improves the car, but I realise it won't be everybody's cup of tea - loads of people who've seen the car at track days etc have complimented the job however - go with your own thoughts - if you like it do it.
As for resale, some may be put off, others will be attracted to it. Half a dozen of one & 6 of the other ! When TVR upgraded the lights on the Cerb from a single round light to the twins, the vast majority thought it to be a positive improvement. Had TVR themselves offered the upgrade on a Chim, many, many more would have opted for it.
HOWEVER, not sure I agree that the actual lighting of these upgrades is improved. Forward lighting definitely is but there are now more "shadows"/darker areas either side of the beam. This can sometimes mean you need to be much more cautious manipulating the car round tight corners at night. You don't see anything until it's in the line of sight of the beam. Normally a car headlight will "spread" much more. Hope that makes sense.
