With apologies from Vanguard, we had to take it down in a bit of a hurry a couple of weeks ago because of that storm that was due to come through. We didn't want to come in on the Monday morning to find it on the A40! It is now tucked away for the winter but will be back next year.
Phew that is a reliefI'm glad you are keeping the old lady safe
Ta!

If you are using the Western Avenue on Friday look out for a new exhibit being lifted on to the Vanguard tower, something that has not been displayed before.
Hmmmm........New toy or something from the collection that's not been put up before?
Do you work for Vanguard?

is it the lighnting???
I doubt it........it's too heavy according to Vanguard. Also the Hunter just fits, and a Frightning is a lot bigger than a Hunter so as well as weight, it's likely physically too big for the tower.I expect it's going to be at least a TSR 2 or a Bristol Brabazon.
