930 oil top up

any owners on here who can advise what grade of oil is required ? on hols and left the handbook at home.

Is it for a full change or a top up?

Obviously depends on what's already in for the latter.
I used to run my 964T (same basic engine) on 10/40 semi-synthetic as I find the old engines can drink quite a bit more if you give them the modern super-slippy fully synths.

At the end of the day if you're away from home and running low, any oil is better than none so I'd go with anything decent that you can find.
