Been a constant user of Myproteins Impact whey for about a year now and Im beginning to think I need something with a higher protein content. Impact whey is a measly 19g per saving for their flavoured versions.

SO. can someone reccomend me a protein powder with approx 40g of protein per shake, that you can get 2.5kg for about 35-40 pound max?

Impact whey is 20g per 25g serving. Use two scoops of it (50g) if you want 40g of protein.

I use Kinetica, 23g per serving for Strawberry and Vanilla. Tastes good.

With the blending, get a little hand blender.

Nutrisport 90+ is ok, but more of a budget brand. Around £50 for 5kg on ebay.

Other than that, increase your serving to 2 scoops.

You're effectively going to have to do that regardless, anything with 40g per serving will just have a larger serving (i.e. a serving will be two scoops).

For 90% content you can't complain. I paid just a tad over £40 for 5kg tongue out

IMO either bulk powders or the protein works. Both bulk suppliers, very reasonably priced and good selection of flavours (more so with TPW)

I can't believe I'm going to put this in writing, but you do realise that if you're using 2 scoops you should also use twice the amount of water, and the the mix/taste will be EXACTLY the same?

although obvious, I dont like doing that because with most flavours I can just about chug the 250ml, the thought of chugging a pint of it makes me heave so I tried to just make it thicker with the same amount of liquid.
