New exhaust system for a 987 Boxster S

Hoping for some recommendations here. I've had the car for a few months now and love it, but it's just not loud enough for me! I want something throaty and deeper than the current system - budget of around £2k. Hoping someone can recommend a system and someone to fit it? I love the sound of a tubi on a Ferrari and think there's one suitable for the Boxster, anyone's experience with one would be great.

Yes, Carnewal can supply modified original spec boxes that look the same but sound much more like an air cooled Porsche - their website is easy to understand & a friend has some uprated boxes on his 996 and says it sounds like a proper car now. There are plenty of video clips on the web to listen to as well

I can definitely recommend the Carnewal Exhaust, bargain at 495 euros. Its even worth a little road trip out there as its only 1 hour 45 from Calais.

The sounds it like a GT3 at full chat and there is a lovely howl at 2-3k rpm. If you go through a tunnel at full throttle all the way to the red line you will love it!

I have a 987 Gen 1, and the difference between mine and a friend with the Carnewal exhaust is night and day. You really wouldn't believe the difference!

He also went and had it fitted, he loves it....
