Light bodywork damage repair
Discussion
I bought my car back in 2011, and have owned it for almost 2 years now. I bought the car with the damage already present, and the price at the time reflected that. Being mechanically sound with just a couple of bumps and scrapes I decided to go for it.
The car is getting a little older now, 06 plate, and I'm considering getting the body work fixed up and looking smarter.
The car is a Ford Focus MK2, 2006
Could anyone estimate roughly what sort of repair bill I could expect to get? I'm sure prices will differ immensely, I'm by no means looking for absolute impeccable perfection, but to get the car looking tidy again would be nice
Pics can be found here with a short description of the type of damage:

Would really appreciate any feedback thanks

I think even using the most economical paintless dent removal or smart repair company you won't be seeing much change from £500.
In all honesty, if I can do it for under £500, I don't think that's too steep. It really would smarten up the car again and should help with the resale value come sale time (whenever that may be). It still only has 40K on the clock with FSH, the body work is its only downfall. Little car parking dings aren't the end of the world, these bits im trying to get fixed are really more noticeable bits of damage.
BUMPING this with an update:
Due to an unfortunate accident of my brother moving my car off the drive, hitting the security post at the end of our driveway and putting a hole through the front bumper, repair job is now imminent.
I've had a quote from a family friend who has quoted me:
£160 for the front bumper (whole front bumper including the new damage my brother has added)
and then £120 for each rear wing (so £240 for both sides).
Based on previous discussion this sounds like a reasonable price? £400 all in?
The front bumper will certainly be done as my brother will be paying for this - however what about the rear wings? £120 a side? Would you get one side done? Both sides?
Getting the whole lot done and costing (ME) £240 would really get the car looking fresh again as the inside is immaculate and its only on 41K miles.
Opinions please

That is next to no money - have you seen examples of the previous work?
If all checks out I'd have it done for the £240 it'd cost you
Yes his work is very good, he did both back wheel arches for me on my first car (an old Rover Metro that was rusting away) - it really was a cracking job so I've no doubt in his work. He's quite old-school, been in the game a long time. If all checks out I'd have it done for the £240 it'd cost you
