Nothing wrong with a nice cooking GT3 :-)
If you're having a barbecue, perhaps.http://www.gardensite.co.uk/Barbecues/Grand_Hall_G...

I do not know of a comprehensive list, but some knowledge is accessible by those in the inner sanctum.
Historically a call for information on a specific car was typically mailed and relevant information normally forthcoming.
Sounds very dull, surely it's better to do a PH Porsche forum-style car character assassination without the facts to hand ? Historically a call for information on a specific car was typically mailed and relevant information normally forthcoming.

Too many armchair experts, trolls and people with an indirect interest in talking up or down cars and the market. Now that summer holidays are upon us, this only gets exacerbated.
Yes Slippy the format is antiquated, but as with PH some great people who enjoyed driving the cars.
Titanic GT3 was a Email based forum for everything GT3, some significant contributions from key people (Simon and Gary + many more) offered a knowledge base that was very useful. Groups of 5, 10 or sometimes 20+ of us would regularly appear at UK and European circuits, organize group deals, accommodation, meals and social gatherings. The members were an eclectic mix mainly from the UK, but also all over the globe and I made and still have a good number of friends made over tall stories, taller beers and some fantastic days.
The system is still operational, but in truth has little or no active participants as the internet based forums offer a more flexible format.
I raise a cyber glass to all the Titanic faithful.

Where would one mail this request ? Is there a Red telephone somewhere I need to lift or something simpler like maybe the Batman distress light ?Historically a call for information on a specific car was typically mailed and relevant information normally forthcoming.
I have all the previous owner details of mine bar the very first.
Hi Mike,
you probably already know, but you can do a "fee paying enquiry" to the dvla and they'll send out all previous owner details including photocopies of all old V5s etc.
I usually do one for anything decent but haven't for my GT3 as every owner is listed in the front of the service book.

T'was said tongue in cheek Dean ! (and as a gentle dig at the usual modus operandi employed in such matters on the PH Porsche forum)Example : Missing GT3 badge on engine cover = Heavily shunted (most likely written off) or poorly repaired car, to the naysayers on PH.
The reality : Badge removed to allow easier paintwork rectification/detailing and not replaced.

PH Example 2: Car is less expensive than contributor paid = Must have hidden damage, have been driven like a rental and abused like a farm animal in the hands of a lager fuelled hill-billy rugby team. The reality : Badge removed to allow easier paintwork rectification/detailing and not replaced.
The Reality: The car is less expensive that contributor paid

If it helps I will pose the question for you, I am unsure if raising the Titanic will help, but you never know.
Does none of the paperwork with the car detail the first owner?
