Hi

I am a fat knacker.

I am crap at dieting - 0 will power

I am SURE I have a sweet addiction, not just a sweet tooth.

I don't want to be a fat knacker anymore

I will eat chocolate 2 - 3 times a day, when its hot though I don't feel the urge.

I was thinking of hypnosis, has anyone ever tried it? There are a few places around Hampshire that say they can do it, is it worth it?

Recently I stopped smoking and fear my munchies will only get worse and I will get fatter.

Thanks!

Hoofy

It can work if you're open to it. It's just about getting you to relax a lot.

Wife is off next week to have some done along with NLP for exercise. She's very open to the whole thing, I'm just not keen on someone poking around my head wink

I've done it, not for weight loss though.

First thing to remember is it's not Paul McKenna. In my experience anyway, there was no trance or anything like that.

You have to be open to it, believe it will work and allow it to work.

I had mixed results. Wouldn't do it again I don't think, certainly not at the cost it was.

My Aunt did it a few years back for weight loss. Lost a shedload straight after but it seemed to 'wear off' after a while....
