I don't know whether to love or hate it!

Indeed I saw them at Kensington Palace Gardens too and wasn't sure, they looked too large for my taste.

For me this has a very cool late 1960's look about it with echo's of Ferrari of that era.
Unfortunately I have not seen it in the flesh but an interesting and attractive project.

Well, I've given it another chance, tried to look at it with fresh eyes, but still have to declare it utterly hideous! Sorry, my opinion only. Just seems a waste of time to me. I wish Aston would put their energies into something fresh instead of going down the cosmetic restyling route. I know it's a Zagato thing as opposed to an Aston thing really, but they are indulging each other . That being said of course, Harley Davidson do a roaring trade doing just that. Same bikes every year, different paint and either more or less chrome depending on what moniker they are going to apply to it, hopefully chuck in the old "anniversary" gag if a suitable one can be dredged up so who am I to argue.

I believe that this is a design project for a client and as such not going into production.
It would be interesting to know the brief that the client gave to Aston / Zagato.

Yes, indeed it would. In all seriousness they couldn't put something that distinct and niche into production, it would , I fear, be a marketing and financial disaster. Something for someone with very specific tastes as opposed to the universally admired lines of the current lineup of beauties.
