They're (look what we found) a range of ambient ready meals in pouches that can either be microwaved or heated on the hob. Approx cost £2 per pouch. Waitrose has the largest selection.

I find them a great convenience for when I'm camping biggrin

I've got their Tees Valley Meatballs for a camping trip this weekend. Hoping they're edible.

ASDA had them on offer not long ago at a quid a pouch.

They're also pretty low in calories on their own.

I use them when having a low calorie day.

I bought two huge venison steaks at Waitrose on Sat afternoon. Reduced to £2.55 each. Griddled and finished in a red wine and mushroom sauce for Sunday lunch.

Yum!

I bought a sample box after a post on here a few years ago when they first came out and had a special offer on. I thought they were very good for a long life meal, if a tad expensive.
