What's the deal with centre caps?
Discussion
Hi all,
Browsing around for a trevor at the moment. One odd thing has struck me when looking at quite a few of them - the centre caps on wheels. I know it is a fairly minor thing, but a lot of them seem to either have no caps at all, or some plain/blank caps. Only a few I've seen have the "TVR" logo cap, which I take to be how they originally were?
Is there a random reason for this, does it make a difference if there is no cap on, how should they look as "original" ?
Thanks all!

I would assume the ones you see with no caps are probably broken when taken off the wheels and not been replaced with new ones. The plain black are probably ones that have been scratched or damaged in some way and just sprayed black.New ones are available ,but are quite expensive for what they are ,about 80 quid a set I think.New ones are black with the TVR logo in silver .

They are only £10 for four stickers on a standard cap , just get the correct size. But I found you need to Super Glue them or they come off in the warm weather.
