Im looking for stir fry type dishes with minimal ingredients

Its actually really tasty but not really spicy. The pack costs about £3 from ASDA. Not sure if its available in the other supermarkets.

This ones pretty easy with no faffing around with marinade hours before you decided you fancied thai chicken.

Smoking hot pan with a blob of peanut / rapeseed / coconut oil.

Frozen Oriental veg. (From Asda etc.)

Thai green / red / yellow curry paste let down with a bit of sesame oil or water, and a splash of lime juice.

Turn heat up to thermonuclear and stir like crazy.

Jobbed.
