Spam email to dealers?

Just got this email through. Presume it is a spam email, the link in the email actually sends you to another unknown web address. Email is sent from [e-mail]:

At PistonHeads we like to keep our house in order and as a member of our website we wanted to get in touch for two reasons. Firstly, your membership at PistonHeads as a registered used car dealer must be authenticated regularly. We need to ensure that your account information remains accurate and secure in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 , and secondly, It would also be useful if you visited our terms and conditions as these may have changed since you joined up.
