I hope I'm not falling foul of PH policy on advertising here (I have nothing to do with the business mentioned hereafter.
Many NW Kent PHers will be aware of the old Chrysler showroom on the Industrial estate in Tonbridge that is currently full of "Interesting cars"Includung some 7's well it will soon be opening for business as a dealer workshop and detailers the gentleman I spoke to was Andy Noble ex of Caterham he's talking of good old fashioned family friendly service. So opening soon, PHers will be surely welcome to the party!

Sevens & Classics Ltd
Press release from BC:
Sevens & Classics Ltd open their doors in Tonbridge.
New classic car business, Sevens & Classics Ltd has opened its doors in Tonbridge this week. Founded by ex-Caterham Cars employees Tim Ward and Andy Noble, the company will specialise in Caterham Sevens and other British classic cars and bikes from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s. Their focus will be on sourcing and selling quality used cars, but the Tonbridge location, with its own paint shop, restoration facilities and workshops, will enable them to look after all upgrade and servicing requirements as well.
Between them, Tim and Andy have over 60 years experience in the motor industry, with 50 years of that at Caterham Cars. Tim Ward was responsible for the production of all Sevens from the early 90’s whilst Andy looked after the Sales and Marketing of the Seven, taking it from the small cottage industry that it was in the 80’s, to the global success it had become at the time of the Fernandes takeover. Their plan is to put this experience to good use, offering a passionate, honest and value for money service.
The facility is located in a former Jeep dealership in the Vale Road area of town - also home to Audi, Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships. Andy Noble commented, “The site is in an ideal location just two minutes off the busy A21, so we hope to attract car and bike fans from a wide area. The showroom is brimming with interesting cars, bikes and accessories, creating a welcoming atmosphere and encouraging you to browse amongst the vehicles. Whether you’re looking to buy, sell, upgrade, service, or simply kill an hour or two dreaming of what might be next, you’ll be very welcome here.”
“To look after our customers…” Tim Ward added, “…we’ve brought on board another ex-member of the Caterham team, Callum McDougall. Callum will take on the role of Sales Manager, and with his passion, knowledge of cars and his endless enthusiasm, he will be an undeniable asset to our new company”.

I was in mid afternoon, had a great tour round the showroom and the workshops.
Met Tim who was as knowledgable and helpful as you could hope.
I wish them well with the business and hope they might find me my ideal Caterham.
Vpr, from your profile, was that your black gt40 at the door?
A whole range of superb cars there, brilliant.
