Whats the Point ?

Southampton, dual carriageway, goes from a 30 limit at a set of lights for 300 yards before another set of lights onto a 50mph 3 lane carriageway.

No pedestrian access, no other junctions or hazards WHATSOEVER

So where does mr Scamevan sit..........



At the start of the 50 limit facing the traffic coming out of the 30 mph limit Dual Carriageway!!!!

Just coming out from dock gate he was 10 sitting in the central reservation just after the lights but before the main drag with the Truvelo on, it IS a 30 limit until your on the main drag I checked today.
