I'm not sure if this will get deleted as an advert - because it's not meant to be one.

But, last night I placed an order with these guys and almost immediately changed my mind about what I wanted.

By lunch today, over the course of a few emails they'd happily changed the order and even knocked a bit of the price of the bits I actually wanted to save the hassle of sorting out the money. There wasn't much in it, but there you go.

So I just thought it was worth flagging up good customer service as it's so rare these days.

I've got no connection with this company whatsoever, but this kind of thing is so unusual, I thought I'd mention it.

I used them a lot during my Fury build, and I would say they are one of the best in the industry.

I couldnt have built my car without them or Merlin motorsports.

I've used CBS for my last build and for this one. They're not always the cheapest, but their sheer selection of "stuff" and the the excellent customer service and super quick delivery mean that they're always one of the first sites I check when I need bits

You were lucky there. They have normally picked the order, emailed you to tell you it's on it's way and got it in the post before you realise you ordered the wrong thing!
