Our builder is just finishing building a dedicated home cinema room, 20x12ft and I am now in the process of starting to kit it out, having listened to a few amps I have chosen the pioneer SC-LX86, I would be grateful of speaker recommendations to match with this and also recommendations for Blu-ray players. The room is 2.7 metres in height

I've not tried the 86, but I have the 85.

What's your budget? I have PMC OB1's and the CB6 up front and they sound great, certainly better than when they were teamed with an Arcam amp.

I've had the 85 running with B&W CM4's all round as well as the CMC and it sounded great too.

I have it teamed with an OPPO 95, but I'd obviously go for a 105 now.

It's a great amp and the Oppo is about the best Blu-Ray I've found, it's a seriously good CD player as well and my standalone CD player has been retired now.

I have a TLE1 aswell. It replaced two B&W PV1's. I'm really rather happy with it!

Yay! Great subs, and very adjustable.
