Takeaways in E1

Me and a few colleagues will be staying near Aldgate station and unfortunately won't have time to go out for food so can you recommend some good takeaways we can survive on all week. Pizzas, curries, Chinese, anything really... Within walking distance of the Grange Tower Bridge so 20 min walk.
That's the hotel where I'm a member of the gym. The Indian takeaway I always use is the Empress of Bengal. Lately there's been a man standing outside the hotel offering flyers for them, but if not, turn left out the hotel, then right at the end of the road and stop at the railway bridge.
Mind you, you really are within walking distance of Brick Lane, might want to think of there of Lahore Kebab House too.

I work at the north end of E1 by Shoreditch so around 15-20 min walk from your hotel. You will find lots of good quality places in the Spitelfields Area, around the Truman Brewery and in the Shoreditch triangle. However, they are usually lunch time places, many of them not open in the evening.
In the evening, there are some places for good quick food.
Pizza East - I love this place - and usually take my team out here.
Red Dog - good burgers
Moo - a little closer to your hotel, but I have not eaten here yet. Good rep for reasonably priced Argentinian grill
Bottega Prelibato - Rivington Street - Great Italian cafe, quite pricy in the evening (£20 per person more like £10-15 at lunch). Fabulous food.
For lunch:
Ruby's - Charlotte Road - the best cheapish lunch you can get. Tiny hole in the wall that produces the best sandwiches and pastas for £5-6
Truman Brewery area - There is a new slow BBQ place in a hut that looks like an old western train box car - Very good!
Oppostite the Truman Brewery on Hanbury Street is Rosa's - supposed to be good for Thai - open evenings as well, I think.
Habibi Sushi - in the alley way between Artillery Row and Sandy's place - good reasonably priced sushi and open till late (will also make what you want, which is good)
By Petticoat lane, there is a street between Goulston Street and Wentworth street which has a lot of good food caravans at lunch time. All cuisines for £3-5 per serving.
Near your hotel, there is Tayyabs - a PH favorite, but during Ramadan (which finishes Thursday) they may only be open in the evening.

Managed to get out today, went to Lahore. Meh.
Apart from the chops that is. Poppies fish and chips was ok - chips were decent, pretty sure the haddock wasn't haddock. Had no flavour and was rubbery.
Pizza east it will be tomorrow. Although not getting my hopes up, Londoners seem to over rate everything.
