I hate What Car? posts. I find them annoying, I personally will never create one as I tend to know what car I want next.
Unfortunately, however I am now in the position to create a What Car thread to see your opinions as a colleague of mine may potentially need a new car and is looking for suggestions on what to get.
He currently has Mk2 Ph2 Clio, 1.2 and recently he has had a fair few problems with it as of late (no French Shed bashing please, my little Clio survived 3 years and 60k miles of torture when i turned 17 and I had 0 problems with it at all that weren't a result of my mistreating self!!)
Anyways, potentially he will get rid and have a £2000 budget for a new motor that needs to be:
-Reliable
-Economical
-Small and easy to park
And that's pretty much it. Ideally lower mileage as regardless of a cars known reliability, mileage is always an important factor.
What do you all reckon?
