Refreshing to see one that isn't electric blue, lol. The colour on yours does look stunning IMO.

Well i certainly wouldn't call it slow. I really like the VXR, but with a family to move about 4 doors are essential. Looks like i will be keeping my SRi.

I think it would be actually. Next to a GTR or a 996 Turbo S it's not a "fast" car, but it's a lot faster than at least 98% of cars I see on the road on a daily basis.

Well done fella, cracking machine. My son bought one a year ago and it goes like stink. but then he did have it re-mapped a week after its arrival.............circa 280bhp!!! vicious little fecker when it wants to be.
Strange though how it doesnt feel as fast when driving it as when you sit in the passenger seatyikes

enjoy it and start saving now for front tyreslaugh

Brilliant cars, had mine a month and I love it! A lot of car for not a lot of coin compared to its rivals.

Keep on top of the box oil, keep an eye on the engine oil, and do the belts at 60k not 80k!

I was going to post 'nice car. makes a change seeing a red VXR without black wheels'...then i scrolled down.

I a massive fan of black wheels, ive got some myself, but for some reason i dont like them on VXR's. Its seems every man and his dog/VXR have them.

Make sure you keep it nicely polished and waxed. The red paint on these can be a PITA to stop going pink.

Not with this age of Vauxhalls as they're clear coated now.
