Hi folks new about here,just bought a 4.5 cerb at week end , car runs very well,but when i parked car up last night ,little red button wouldnt kill engine,if i stall engine it will kill ignition,any body come across this fault before

Is your starter stuck and still engaged with the flywheel?

Aide doesnt sound like, and it engages no problem when i start car

Gaz havnt tried that as im a bit weary if imobiliser will work lol,how does red button work,does it cut ignition or fuel pump,as once i stall car,red button then kills ignition,sorry for all the questions but im new to tvr,s

Does pressing the red button before you start the car work? IIRC after you unlock and press the key fob and hear the buzzer pressing the red at this point stops the buzzer again.

Just thinking if this works then you know the switch/circuit is good.

If I am talking bolx and this isn't the case let me know - it has been a while since I have started one up frown
