Guards Polo AT Windsor

Anyone fancy joining us at the Guards polo club In Windsor.

Sunday 25th August

£20 a car (2 people)

The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, the facilities which have been added to the event over the years with the help of the Guards Club are superb. You and your TVR get a pitch side viewing with the added use at this year’s event of the grandstand. The grandstand was gods send for our party as I had not packed enough chairs. The picnicking is sometimes a little competitive, with Sharon (events manager) taking gazebo complete with candles and disco ball!!

Shame its the same day as Wings and wheels at Dunsfold. But we are still going to make an effort 5 so far from Berkshire

Anyone know how to check the event is still on and not lost to the weather?

I can't recall this event ever being cancelled but you may need an umbrella, gazebo, etc to keep dry if it does rain.

Right so the plan is to meet at 12.00 Beaconsfield services then head to Windsor for 12.30 to collect others at the Lesiure pool car park. Quick lap around Windsor to annoy the tourists Then head to Smith's lawn should be there by 13.00 After party drinks at the Belvedere Arms in Ascot for 17.00.
