Do I have whiplash?

On Sunday I was rear-ended by another car. It was just a tiny bump without damage - he just tapped my towbar and pushed his front bumper in a little bit. Didn't even bother to exchange details.

Since I woke up this morning I've been unable to turn my head to the left without a lot of pain (starts in my neck and radiates down my back). Turning head to the right or up and down is no problem and pain free.

To clarify - not looking to make any claim (don't even have the driver's details) - just wondering if this might be whiplash, and if so, how long does it normally last?

Sounds like whiplash to me. I suffer from it and it's very similar to your description. Mine normally lasts around 3-4 days before calming down again.
