Ok finally taking it out of storage later, looking forward to seeing what it will be like. Have done very little with it since I've gotten it but now finally have a bit of time. Insured it yesterday on a classic policy so that's that bi sorted, going for NCT this Saturday (fingers crossed). Has only done maybe 400 miles since the last one so I'm pretty hopeful on that. Other than that not much else to add until I'll see it later. I'll post a pic of the last time I saw it.

Hey guys managed to get it out anyhow, was a little dusty... gave it a quick powerhose (will give it a proper wash tmrw night). Started first time after being jump started and then promptly cut out but then started again was a little bit lumpy but soon found its feet. Went for a spin nothing too exciting just a nice warm up and a handy spin. Its going great...love hearing the boost rise, sounds like a real rally refugee. Have a few bits I've spotted that need doing (I'll get into that in more detail when I have time) I'll also put up info and spec etc. I don't like the back box but its part of the system and as far as I'm aware smaller isn't available. (ps not so sure the story re numberplate blanking let me know and I'll change it if needs be.)The story for now anyhow...

Cheers, ah it was in with the bones of the last 2 years (nothing too long) The last owner has to take a lot of credit in fairness. Giving it a proper cleaning tonight and will try and take a few decent pics of it.

Yet again its time to shake the dust off of this, its almost as bad as in the earlier pics.
Was put away again after its NCT, and is now due one again. Got a few tidy up bits for it, new rear badges being a start. Looking for a nice gear knob for it. Also possibly a new steering wheel.

A few bits, from the previous owner in fairness. HKS goodies, full stainless system and dump valve. Lowered on Eibach springs, would prefer to take these out if I could get some standard ones to be honest. The system us superb but being honest the tailpipe is a bit big for my liking, I'd much prefer to get a smaller exit but doesn't seem possible.
Next is to get the gear knob, steering wheel sorted. Again nothing too fancy.

Sounds good bud.

Mine was far too low when I got it too, raised up now so I know what you mean. Same with the exhaust! Changed mine from

to

cant really see it!

Good to start off small, Hmm I'm thinking of swapping out my MOMO Competition wheel if you're interested? scratchchin

One thing I've learnt with mine, if you decide to modify it to any great extent, decide a budget; and then resign yourself to crying into your empty wallet when your roughly 6 times over it driving

Would love to see a few more pics of yours, think there's a few who would!
