Seems a Delta Airline's flight from Paris to Detroit is doing something weird over Norfolk...

Looks like the flight has a technical problem and have been circling ready for inspection. CLB304 is Cobham Flight Inspection, and has looped on intersection with the airliner several times.

That little one's below 2,500ft though and is centred around Marham. The Delta one is at 25,000.

He's set his TomTom to the wrong Norfolk, can't work out how he got over Virginia so quickly?

True, testing ILS etc at Marham presumably.

DAL99 is still circling around there though.
