Following departure of the Chim, just pinched a nice low mileage Boxster S through a trade friend.

Only "issue" is I have to drive it back from Glasgow!

Can't wait!

Well done, I flew up to Newcastle to buy mine and on the drive back to Portsmouth achieved 35 MPG getting used to the car. Since then I now get 23 MPG.
Great car for top down hoons on a late summers evening enjoy

Did the same thing myself a year ago. The 2 cars are like chalk and cheese. Enjoy.

....Yep, I did exactly the same thing too. Sold a 1996 TVR 400HC and picked up
a 2004 Boxster S Anniversary. I do miss the V8 noise of the TVR, but the Boxster
is so useable I have no regrets.
