Hi everyone

I am new to the scene, and would love to get involved in any local club.

Is there one in the Bristol area?

Cheers

Hello.

Aparently the Avon area are having a couple of speakers at their meet on the 2nd November at the Compass Inn. J18 (Bath) of the M4. Take a left onto the A46 and the pub is on the right. 8.00 start.

I think a few boys from the South Wales Club are going

Never been myself but they should be a friendly enough bunch.

Sorry that's all the info I have

Blacknight, other than the Club Lotus meet mentioned above, there's nothing much organised around here. However, there are a few of us about who get together informally. I meet up for a pint and perhaps a run with a couple of lads in the N Somerset area - one's in Clevedon and there's a couple of us in Wrington. Where are you? I'll let you know next time we get together...should be next couple of weeks.

You should also register on the SELOC site. There are a few sociable Bristol/Bath/Gloucester/S Wales owners on there. You'll also see that there's a Bristol run being organised at the end of November which'll be well worth coming along to.

Cheers

Yep the excelent Burt's Bristol run. I went on the last one which was good except Burt got lost after about 5 miles. Well worth doing though and usually a good turn out of cars. Had about 20 last time.

Good to meet everyone, the route was more suited the the impretza boys but in the dry it would have been alot quicker. ( & you wouldnt have needed to stop & put your roofs on, wimps!). i still havn't washed the car as i think it now has the 'driven' look.... pics to follow soon.

Nice to meet you yesterday (I was one of the numerous Azure S1's).

Your car looked absolutely immaculate at the start of the run. By the end it looked as though Colin McRae had been for a joyride in it!
