This is not a totally serious post, just musing really. smile

I've recently bought a late 2006 TDV8 Vogue in Java Black.

It largely seems standard except for bright silver supercharge gills and grill and bright Range Rover lettering on the bonnet. It annoys me that the other silvery bits on the car are a duller shade and don't match.

Obviously I've been googling goodies to buy for it and want to either replace all the usual bits with a bright silver, or replace everything with black.

The interior is black with piano black I quite like the idea of it being black, black, black all over, inside and out, t could look quite sinister. smile

Off course, I'll probably end up not bothering smile, or maybe I'll start with the door handles first and then move on from there.

Has anyone else thought about this, done it, got any photos with everything exterior blacked?

I think if you stick to what is OEM then its not bling...

My 2010 Range Rover is in Santorini Black with Black interior and Piano Black trim. (oh and its got factory tinted windows).

I've had the door handles colour coded and plan to get the Supercharged side vents and front grill surround painted in the next month or so.

If you look at later 2012 RR Westminster then you will see that the door handles / side vents / front grill surround all come colour coded anyway, and I think it looks better than the 'titanium' painted finish. Personally I wouldn't colour code anything that wasn't available colour coded direct from the factory.

Believe it or not I'm not actually a fan of Black cars (wife's choice) and when we change to an L405 it will be in either Loire Blue or Havana.
