When are you going to fix the search function. 90% of the usefulness of this site is lost without it. You've probably been asked before, but without the search function working, I can't find out, can I?

They say they can’t fix it but many believe they could but choose not to.

If people can’t easily find a question that’s been asked before, for instance, they’ll just make a new post on the same subject – so generating more clicks.
