Has anyone used it and does it work well?

im supercharger my ls1 with a centri supercharger so ive got a front mount intercooler.

I was thinking about applying the tape to the end tanks of the intercooler and possibly even the intercooler pipework and intake pipe but I was looking for some real world testing.

If the pipework between intercooler and the inlet passes by hot stuff then any heat wrap would be a benefit.

The intercooler core and the end tanks are trying to remove heat from the air. Wanting the ends wrapped infers that the intercooler is somewhere hot which defeats the object of the cooler. If it is correctly installed in the airstream then let all its surfaces do their job of dissipating heat.
