Can anyone offer some suggestions?
There are massive differences in price all round so I'm not entirely sure what I need.
Looking to send a full HD signal approximately 20m from my Sky box to another TV. Slightly concerned that my internal walls may restrict a little bit. Also would want to be able to control the sky box from the other room.
What features do I need to look for?

If you want it to work 100% reliably then the main feature to look for is a wire. I am yet to see a reliable wireless solution for HD.What features do I need to look for?
Think how much a decent spec wireless box that might not work will cost, and then think how much electricans time you can buy for the same money to run a single CAT5 between the two points.
