Various Electrical Faults After Period of None Use (Focus)

Hello!
After using my little Mx5 to show off my receding hair line and burn myself during the summery time I eventually (about a month) got back into the proper car, a 57 plate Focus St-3.
About 2 miles up the road I discovered I couldn't open my windows on either side, I also noticed I had no windscreen washers and that my heated front screen is permanently on!
Visiting Mr Google hasn't done me much good so far. I have checked the fuses and they seem fine. All seems a little odd. I'm meant to be taking it down to Weymouth tomorrow morning for a few days but its now looking unlikely she will be making the trip with me!
Anyone any suggestions what this could be? Any quick tests and/fixes?

There will be a 'convenience module' (or whatever ford call it, body control ecu or something) that controls all this stuff, would look into that.
Didn't need jump starting or anything did it?
