Why does the same scam add keep coming up on PH?

I've reported this same add 3 times already for phishing for email addys. cant PH block users who continually break the rules?

It only takes one sucker, and despite what we think people fall for it. Check the thread about the guy nearly getting scammed for 12.5k

Well I think Susan is a wonderful person to deal with.

She is very personable when you speak to her. I sent her a £2k deposit for her minty fresh E46 M3 and she will even deliver the car to me next week.

The worst victim here is probably the real Susanhopps43... i'd bet a pound to penny it's a hacked account as the addy seems fairly legit @ aol.com
