Yes but it is run as a separate ltd company.

The FA are the match promoters and set the ticket price.

It is like going to see a band at Wembley, it isn't the FA that set the price of tickets it is the promotor. I appreciate that this will be loosely based on the venue cost but that has to be competitive or it wouldn't get used?
