Classifieds not sending password reminders?

Tried to log in to the classifieds but realised that I can't remember my password from previously (different account/email for the classifieds, as far as I can see from my old emails??) so I clicked the Forgotten Password link but have received nothing in response. Do we have problems with that system?

When you input your username, did you happen to use your e-mail address instead? Use CAPP0.
