Advert is a bit shouty and IMHO talks to much about rarity and investment potential rather than about how nice a car it is. But maybe that's just me.
I'm sure someone here will know the car.

As Gary said have a read of that thread remember when viewing the seller has bought the car to sell on not to keep so will not be as knowledgeable as maybe buying a car from The Gamekeeper or a long time owner who knows and has loved and cherished the car but remember that he has had it now since March and he may want to recoup his investment and move on so there should be some movement on price ????
Personally as you will see from the other thread i think IMOP he overpaid for the car although i believe the original restoration was good it has aged greatly since and from the pictures etc looks like he has mainly done a detail and painted the wheels to silver.
The Car does feature in Peters latest book.
The Paint does need doing so there is 3k to 6k depending on the quality of work.

I dont blame you i would have bought her at auction at 7k knowing what needed spending and lived with the boot mod just about only because it is now documented in Peters Book.If your after a vixen just be patient the really good ones dont hang around long as a certain seller says those with cash and a phone need call and great advice always be ready to act fast and the right car will turn up.
The difference between a rough one and a mint one is probably 10k the cost of taking a rough one to a mint on is 20 to 25k you dont need to be a maths expert or a TVR expert to work out which is cheaper however the restoration process can be fun
