I think beware Rokinon/Samyang/Bower would be a better title. The 70-200s did about as well as they could have.

Quite surprised how badly Nikon fared compared to Canon in the repair time and cost...I'd expect them to be more competitive than that since there's usually not much separating the brands?

I believe Nikon (in the US at least) charge a flat rate based on the value of the item so for the pro gear this is likely to be fairly significant.
