A1(M) - Near Alconbury

Hi

I was wondering whether anyone could help.

There is quite a big dip on the A1M - on the outside lanes that needs reported. Just before the motorway section finished.

It launched the car and broke the rear tie bar - very scarey.

Heading in which direction? Has this only just appeared, and if not how fast were you going? I drive this road almost every single day, usually at speed, and have yet to discover this!

Heading south from Sibson Airfield. It has been there since I have been driving this stretch - 14 months every weekend.

It is on the bend - and think it sweeps to the left.

It is quite a big dip then ramp - 1m or so wide.

Hit at a fair speed ;-)

You've lost me. The southbound A1(M) starts here. There is no left hand bend anywhere close to that point. The only ones southbound near Sibson are on the d/c section of the A1. The first is as you go over the Nene Valley Railway and the other a little further on at the turning for Water Newton.
