Due to the recent M3 'you know you want to' thought I would post up about my recent(ish) purchase.

Due to a new job and increase personal and business mileage I thought I would sell the recently aquired (but not very exciting) Ford Ka and get something more sensible, family friendly and fuel efficient. So the logical choice was a 330D. . .

However when this popped up for sale near me, 5 minutes into the test drive I knew I had to have it.

Full spec;
2003 '03' Facelift E46 M3 cab
6 speed manual
63000 miles
Titan Silver with navy blue roof and light grey leather interior
Sat Nav with 6 CD changer, radio cassette and DVD drive
Harmon Kardon sterio upgrade
19" M3 wheels refurbished in Audi R8 grey
Usual M3 refinements such as heated electric seats, auto fold mirrors, auto dimming rear view mirror, climate control, illuminated gear knob, oh and a whacking great 3.2 litre straight six with that wonderful exhaust note.

Plan is to keep it standard, it will need some rear tyres and full tracking within the next few thousand miles and the garage only put 'Accellera phi' tyres on the front, but they seem 'ok' at the moment.

Anyway time for some photos (taken from the phone so not that great.

Looks great and would look even better with silver wheels (IMHO).

How about CSL alloys - they always look great on a M Bimmer.

Lovely car mate, looks smart in silver. Think i'd go with silver wheels myself.

Look like 19" to me.

Nice car OP although I'm not too keen on grey BM interiors

My mistake, look smaller and not as close to the edge in the darker colour but you're right they do have the five long slots.

Just needs a stubby now smile

Thanks, its by far the best all round car I've had, fast, comfortable and looks good.

The wheels are a bit marmite really, the garage had them refurbed in the colour before I bought the car. They are a quality finish up close as the paint is metallic smoke grey they have flecks of silver in them, look better in the flesh than the photos.
