Hi,
Looking for soem enlightenment. Been with Lloyds for 30 years +, and feel we're not getting the best deal/rates on our deposit(s). Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Could offer you 3% for c£400k of that with first charge of a commercial property!

To be honest I don't think they're bending you over too much with that rate.

Sounds pretty much the mark for corporate funds at present.

I'm getting c.2.0% with Santander right now on one of their "reward saver" accounts. Get almost no monthly interest if you make a withdrawal, but other than that, it's the best deal I could find with no fixed term limitations.
