Now i have convinced myself that i would use a cerb more than a T350, i ask you cerb owners for a balanced opinion. What can i expect to find in a v8 cerb over my std 3.6 t350. ??

Good or bad differences, dont mind just be honest. Hope for a quicker car esp in a straight line as a starter...!!

Cheers sandy.

Don't have a T350, but do have a Sag and a Cerb.

Both are great cars, but the one I look foward to driving the most is the Sag. IMHO the Cerb would be a step backwards.

Both good drives, but different, get used to having more torque, less need to rev the nuts off it. Great V8 soundtrack.

Yeah spend £30k for a marginal step forwards tongue out having driven a cerb many times and own a t350, it's a different experience and impossible to quantify what's best as its personal choice. Yes the 350 is built better and more modern handling etc, however the cerb torque does make me smile and it looks mean as! Go with your heart, if you don't like a cerb sell make no loss job done smile

Hmm, good info already gents. I am slightly missing the lower down "grunt" with the T350 which i had with my old 4.3bv Griff. I had hoped a 4.5(or even a 4.2 ) cerb would offer more at less revs.

The Cerb will not have the same low down torque of the Griff but it builds, the problem can be that the torque comes in in the higher rev range & can break traction at quite high speeds!smile

It will have more than the T350 at lower revs if the T350 is standard. I had a mild tussle with a Tamora that left my pride a bit dented until the owner told me it had the 4.3 upgrade which makes them very quick!

350s are great cars but for me they look like they are missing something which is the sag bodywork. wink

Joking apart they can look awesome but the next one looks bland.

So you will lose the what is it and gain the school boy ... "Aaaaaawwwwww it's a cerbera".
