Which small amp stack?

I've reached the conclusion that my Fender Pro Junior, whilst great at what it does well, is a bit limited on overdriven stuff unless it's cranked well beyond sociable levels in the house. Time to move it on and get something that suits my needs better.
At the jam session I played at last week the amp provided was an Orange Micro Terror, which sounded great for its size, and my local shop have one in second hand with the matching cab. Only snag is that the cab ruins the sound, and it's much better with the Vox VX110NT cab that they've got in with a Lil Night Train. At the jam session it was a VX cab being used.
But then Man Maths says if you're paying to upgrade the cab, why not just get the Lil Night Train head too, which was being used at the jam session the previous month. It's not much more and just looks so damn cool. Not loud enough for a gig though, it struggled a bit in the jam session for clean sounds and would really need amping up.
So any views as to which would be the better choice? Or any other suggestions to look at? And anyone want a nice Pro Junior before it goes on ebay?

just gone through the same thing myself - I can only talk about what I ended up with . I got a Hayden Mini Mofo 15W - last years model on sale here (£229 down from £465):

I also brought the older version of this (looks like they have sold out) for 219 quid:

but I think any Cab would be good (just select size and which speakers you prefer).
I LOVE the sound of this amp, from clean to super distorted with a lovely rich tube sound. The best thing is the switch on the underside which turns it into a 2W amp - and sounds glorious at bedroom levels. When its in 15W mode its ear spliting loud - more than enough to gig with. I was going to get the 30W and glad a didn't- its seriously loud when cranked up.
