That's my old car !!

I originally bought it from SCOM so it was a lovely car and I had 3 great years with it. I still know the owner I sold it to and the ad pretty much tells the story of what has been done to it.

Looks to be a nice car; however, IMHO, it is a shame they had to put RS on the carpet. I've never understood the need to brand something up as an RS when it isn't. That car looks good enough on its own, it just doesn't need that; be proud of what it is, not proud of what it isn't.

GP white, rebuilt engine, LWT flywheel/clutch, KW suspension, rear brake upgrade, Recaro PPs, RS door cards, LWT carpet, Momo 7, brake ducts.....it's the twin of mine!!! Apart from the RS script on the carpet, that is.

Picked my 993 up from service shop yesterday: Owner said you just cannot buy manual C2 964s - very little out there. He has a customer for one.

How much 'worse' is a 964 C4 compared to a C2 as there are several C4s around. I know the C4 is heavier and in theory 1 second slower 0-60. In reality though for road driving is there much difference?

Given the cost difference a good C4 is a much better proposition for road use. Definitely a case of diminishing returns these days getting a C2 over a C4.
