Brembo Sport brake pads

Anyone have experience of these?
Currently running Performance Friction pads on the Brembo set up on my Brera and whilst braking is fantastic, the pad sizes are marginally different to the Alfa GT so they clink & clank in the callipers and it's doing my head in!
On checking the Brembo site catalogue, pad sizes are identical to the OE pads. They cost £118 as opposed to the £44 originals.
