7 or 9inch LCD HD field monitors - recommendations?

Hi Guys,

Can anyone recommend a field monitor, seems a bit of a minefield that is either really cheap or quite a lot! If it can run on Sony NP-F series batteries then so much the better. I shoot on a Sony EX3 or Z5/7 and it's for framing, lighting etc.
