I've got a 2001 Polo 6n2 1 litre and recently I've been having a few problems with the clutch. The biting point had been getting lower on the peddle until it was pushed into the floor and struggling to change gear / get into gear.

I adjusted the cable to bring the bite up and it has been ok for about 100 miles but now it seems to be getting lower again. Any ideas? Thanks.

Check the pedal box they are not unknown for pulling out the spot welds on the clutch cable bracket frown you will need a torch and to wedge your head under the dash and look up towards the clutch pedal hopefully all will be revealed as you flex the pedal wink
