Insurance renewal is due and I was interested to hear if anybody has found a cheaper / better alternative to Adrian Flux for 7 cover?

I've always used MSM in Bishops Stortford and found them very reasonable, friendly and helpful.

+1 for F Pickles. I think they were about £100 less than any other quote, including Flux.

I've been using Sykes, but I kinda get the impression theyre only selling Liverpool Victoria products.
In past have used Osborne And Sons who were pretty good, but with all of them never had a claim or breakdown so can only go by price.

Hmmm but are these are all brokers selling insurance policies? Some are Brokers are independent some are not, the brokers will have one or more underwriters to choose from (unless they just sell the policy range from the parent company) so they have to buy the policy from the underwriter then re-sell and make a margin.

Its no different buying a car from a dealer, a dealer is a re-seller one may be cheaper but the more expensive dealer may be throwing more in to the deal. You pay your money and take your choice but you may be paying more from X Broker compared to Y for the say the same policy..........or not as the case may be smile

I'm with REIS, mainly because they include 4 track days cover in the policy. Never had a complaint .... nor a claim :-)
