my car seems to be a bit on the loud side ,road noise is terrible .could it be the tires getting worn?

any one adjusted the pan roof or replaced the seal

Replace the seal - it's quite easy and it makes a HUGE difference.

An old wooden school ruler is ideal for removing the old glue residue, if you've got one.

Definitely the seal on the roof. Easy test - is it still noisy when you have the panel underneath the pan roof fully deployed or only when its retracted and you only the have the glass between you and the heavens?

What they said - replace the seal. About 25 quid from the dealer. Makes a world of difference. The old one was noticeably weathered/cracked and not very flexible.
