TVR S1 - dash lights

Hi Everyone!
Along with the other issues that need addressing on the car I ve noticed that the arc shaped label strip for headlamps, indicator does nt quite align with the actual dash lights. To clarify, the holes on the plastic strip are n't quite in the correct position for the lights which should light through. Is there an explanation for this? Is it an after market strip which is'nt correct? Were there any variations? Is it simply that its a tvr and therefore there are always some slight variables?!!
